Liefkenshoek Rail Tunnel in Service since December 2014

Since the new timetable came into force at the end of 2014 the Port of Antwerp possesses a direct rail link from the right to the left bank of the Schelde. The route through the Liefkenshoek rail tunnel connects Antwerp-North goods station with the marshalling yard south.
